HELP!!! We've tried to minimize the learning curve of using our software by breaking the information down into managable segments. IMPORTANT NOTE: Uninstalling Norton is typicall a very complex issue. We have done as much as we can to simplify it. Most of the emails we get for help would not be necessary if people would take a little more time and read the instructions. We know because most of the questions have to do with problems that are addressed in Running Software and the Errors and Problems sections. This tells up people don't want to read them. We understand. We want problems with computers to go away with the push of a button. Unfortunately, it usually does not work that way with Uninstalling Norton. It is simply too invasive. Reading and following the instruction exactly will eliminate most problems you might encounter. |
